We are all in our mid 20s and looking for a new flatmate to share our four-bedroom maisonette located above a shop on Henleaze Road. The largest bedroom in the house (located on the top floor) will become available from the start of September and comes unfurnished. The flat also has spacious communal areas (lounge and kitchen) and there is plenty of room in the landings for airing laundry etc. as well as cupboards for additional storage.
The flat is close to the downs and there are numerous local amenities within short walking distance, such as supermarkets (Co-op & Waitrose) green grocers, butchers, post office, petrol station and a small cinema. The city centre is about 20 minutes away by bus and there is a bus stop just across the street from our flat.
Due to the letting agency's referencing requirements (fees will be £195 and the deposit is £432.69), all tenants must be able to prove that they have a salary in excess of £12,500 per year for the duration of the tenancy. The contract will be until 04/08/2017.
