First floor - three bedrooms, a bathroom (bathtub and toilet).
There is carpet on the staircase, bathroom has tiles on the floor. All the ground floor has wooden flooring.

The bedroom has a double bed+mattress protector+pillow+throw, new writing desk+chair+lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, new laminated floor, mirror on the door. There are two storage drawers under the bed. There's also a spare wardrobe outside the room - in the corridor, right in front of the room (you can use it for storage too). You will need to have your own bedlinen & duvet. The rent is £465.00 per calendar month.
All the bills are included: gas, electricity, water, wi-fi, council tax. You also don't need to pay for: toilet rolls, washing up liquid, sponges, rubbish bags, hand wash. More photos are available on request.

There are 5 people sharing this house (will be 5 including a new tenant). Now there are: a couple+child, 1 professional female. We prefer a female to move in to the house.
We don't have any house cleaning rota: everyone cleans their own room, i clean the kitchen&corridor once a week.
So the house is normally quite clean. We do have a basic contract for you to sign when you move in. You have to be a NON SMOKER.
About the location: the closest underground - North Greenwich Station, the closest rail - Westcombe park Station. Charlton retail park (high street shops) are literally across the road, ASDA & Sainsbury's are very near too.
