It's a lovely new-build house in a quiet street, with allocated parking and a landscaped garden.

The house is recently decorated and has all mod cons: dishwasher, washing machine, fibre broadband, 12-string guitar, and satellite TV. The room has an en-suite bathroom.

I'm a live-in landlord, seeking someone tidy and relaxed to share with. You won't need to pay any agency fees or be otherwise messed around by agents. Deposit is one month's rent. Bills are an additional £50. EPC rating of 84 for both.

Bonus if you have a cat, as mine recently moved out.
