Beschreibung
We are looking for a part-time Office Manager / PA based in Southwell for three days a week, five hours a day - with flexibility around school hours.
Salary: TBA
• Experience managing an office (minimum of 2 years), ideally from a SME or a Professional Services Company
• Experience working as a Personal Assistant to a senior manager
• Experience of establishing and running administrative systems (you should have at least 3 years general administrative experience).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent IT skills including:
o Microsoft Word
o Microsoft Excel
o Microsoft Outlook
o Microsoft Powerpoint
• Good negotiating skills
• Good administrative and organisational skills
