Job Description:
Conducting telephone interviews; reading from a script; speaking to members of the public, documenting the respondent’s answers onto a computer system.
Types of work:
Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Topical business studies.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Polite and courteous telephone manner
• Able to work to targets
• Good computer skills
• Following project guidelines
• No experience necessary
Hours of work:
Minimum of three Days or three Evenings across the week
UK Business to Business hours: Mon- Fri (DAYS) 9:00am - 4:30pm
UK Consumer shift hours: Mon- Fri (DAYS) 5:00pm – 9:00pm
Starting pay rates:
£ 8.07 p/h ( 25 years + including holiday pay) with performance related bonuses.
£7.56p/h ( under 25 including holiday pay) with performance related bonuses.
