Festival let for 2; large double bedsit (with piano!) and single bedroom

Hi,

I have two rooms available for the festival month of August and early September in a 3 bedroom flat. One single bedroom and a spacious double bed-sitting room with a piano. £500 together or £200 for the single and £300 for the double.

I would like to rent to two friends or family holidaying together or performers but can consider individual visitors too.

The flat is quiet, comfortable, clean and friendly. A relaxed home from home. It comprises shared well equipped kitchen dining room, bath/shower room and wc., sharing with one or two others depending on your dates.

Convenient for Summerhall, Queens Hall, George Square and the Pleasance. Also close to the Meadows, Arthurs Seat and the Commonwealth Pool (and gym). Excellent bus service almost on the doorstep.

All bills included and linen provided. A deposit will be required and returned on departure.
