Furnished with double bed, bedside tables, 4 drawer IKEA Malm chest of drawers and double fitted wardrobe with rail and shelf. En suite contains double shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail.
Shared use of kitchen, dining area, living room and garden. Dishwasher, washing machine (no tumble dryer yet unfortunately), double oven and gas hob.
Applicants must be animal-friendly as we have two very friendly cats and a young well behaved dog.
We don't mind people smoking in the garden, but no smoking in the house. We are both young professionals and enjoy cooking, dinners with friends and relaxing after a hard days work.
Within walking distance: pubs, Italian restaurant, Chinese takeaway, co-op, fish and chips, kebab shop, library, doctors surgery, hospital, petrol station. Big Tesco Extra only 5 minutes drive away.
