Single Room in a Newly Refurbished House

Hello lovely people,

I have a choice of more than one room available to rent in a newly refurbished house, walking distance to Asda, including all bills, council tax and internet as well!

The whole house has just been repainted so no pets and no smokers please, thank you :-)

- Are you looking for a single or a double room? (Rooms of all sizes are for single occupancy only)

- What is your ideal moving in date?

- Are you employed or receiving benefits, or part and part?

- If you are receiving benefits, are you happy for the council to pay the landlord directly?

- What is your maximum budget?

- Do you prefer to pay your rent per week or per calendar month?

- How many months are you looking to rent a room for?

- Do you prefer a furnished or unfurnished bedroom? (i.e. do you have any furniture of your own?)

- Are you happy if your employer and/or previous landlord are contacted for a reference?
