2012 Bailey Willow Retreat Caravan with Isabella Porch 420 All Weather Awning
Pitch Fees paid on Conwy Touring Park until the end of season.

The van is situated on one of the biggest pitches on the site, in its own corner plot with
small garden at the rear full of wildlife and large grass area at the front.

It is immaculate throughout and has been well looked after only being used by ourselves and never sub-letting.
The only reason for sale is due to purchasing a lodge on the same Park, we are sad to see it go but hopefully will
bring the same joy to the next owners as it has for us.

Also included is a full caravan cover to keep the caravan clean out of season.
The awning is a top of the range awning which comes with a groundsheet and also foam interlocking foam
floor tiles for comfort when walking.
