Hello, I am looking for a housemate to share this house that i rented just very recently for the year (August 16 until July 17).
-Rent is £500 per month, inclusive of electricity, gas, internet and council tax.
-Location: Parkgrove terrace, 4 mins walk to the bus stop with regular buses to the city centre
-The house has a huge lounge area with sofas and a fireplace, dining area, kitchen with all white goods, a toilet, and a front and backyard. House is furnished but the bedroom is not.
